1 · What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. It's used to remember settings and to make the site work properly.
For the purposes of this policy we also include similar technologies — localStorage and sessionStorage.
2 · Legal basis under the PDPA
We rely on the following lawful bases:
- Consent (section 19) — for analytics cookies. They are loaded only after you click "Accept all" or enable the analytics toggle in cookie settings.
- Legitimate interest (section 24(5)) — for necessary cookies, so the site can function and remember your settings. This is something you reasonably expect when using a website.
3 · Your rights
As a data subject you have the eight rights set out in the PDPA:
- Withdraw consent — at any time by toggling analytics off in cookie settings.
- Access and obtain a copy · Correct · Erase · Restrict · Object · Data portability.
- Lodge a complaint — with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) at pdpc.or.th.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@bizkitonline.com. See Privacy Policy section 6 for more detail.
4 · Changing your preferences
There are two ways to change your cookie choices:
- Click "Change preferences" at the top of this page (or the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page) to open the preferences dialog and toggle each category.
- Clear cookies and localStorage from your browser settings — the consent banner will reappear on your next visit.
5 · Third-party cookies
To improve the site and measure marketing effectively, we use the following third-party providers.
Each one only loads after you grant consent for the matching cookie category.
-
PostHog (posthog.com/privacy) ·
operated by PostHog Inc. (USA) — collects statistical data about website usage.
(Analytics category)
-
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (policies.google.com/privacy) ·
operated by Google LLC (USA) — measure site usage, ad conversions, and build remarketing audiences.
(Analytics + Marketing categories)
-
Meta Pixel (facebook.com/privacy/policy) ·
operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (USA) — measures and targets ads on Facebook/Instagram.
(Marketing category)
-
Google Tag Manager · operated by Google LLC — the tag-management container that loads the services above based on your consent. Tag Manager itself does not set tracking cookies on your browser.
6 · Cross-border data transfer
Transfers of cookie data to providers in the United States (PostHog, Google, Meta) are based on your consent under PDPA section 28(2),
and are governed by Data Processing Agreements with each provider that set an appropriate protection standard.
You can withdraw consent and stop the transfer at any time from cookie settings.
7 · Security
Necessary cookies are stored only in your browser (localStorage). Third-party analytics and marketing cookie data is sent over HTTPS —
encrypted end-to-end — and is accessible only to authorized BizKit team members and providers operating under a Data Processing Agreement.
8 · Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services.
When we make a material change we will notify you on the website and may ask for your consent again.
The latest version is always available on this page; the "Last updated" date at the top tells you when it last changed.
